SOCM Knoxville Rent Party

SOCM‘s Knoxville Chapter invites you to our first Rent Party of 2026! The party will be on Friday, May 8th starting at 7pm at Fly By Night (906 Sevier Ave, Knoxville).  Join us for great music, block-printed T-shirts, good company, and even a custom cocktail for the occasion.

All money raised will go to support Knox County neighbors who need a little support to keep up with rent — and we will be using this opportunity to affirm why we need a Right to Counsel in eviction court, sealing of eviction records, and other measures to address our growing housing crisis.  Our last rent party raised over $1,600 to keep tenants in their homes. Can you help us beat that?
