Protect Our Parks Rally

Do you love the Smokies and our National Parks? Do you oppose the budget cuts that have drastically reduced staffing and shut down areas of the Parks? Do you oppose the attempts to sell off our public lands, cut timber, or remove natural resources from them? Are you against loosening or removing environmental protections that keep our parks healthy? Then join us for a rally! WHAT: Protect Our Parks Rally WHEN: Saturday, April 18, 2026 Noon to 2pm WHERE: Sugarlands Visitor Center, 1420 Fighting Gap Creek Road, Gatlinburg, TN 37738 WHO: Protect Our Parks in cooperation with Indivisible Sevier County WHY: To raise awareness of the many attacks on our National Park system. A parking pass is required to park at Sugarlands Visitor Center. Arriving early and carpooling are highly recommended.
